In Camporeale, among the hills of the Belice Valley, the Ingrassia family cultivates its vineyards using organic farming methods. Salvatore Ingrassia, the family’s winemaker, is directly involved in both vineyard and cellar work, with the aim of highlighting the characteristics of the grapes through different winemaking and ageing methods. Stainless steel, wood and terracotta are used to explore different expressions of wine while respecting the raw material and the aromas of the area.
