Fattorie Azzolino represents the modern and sustainable evolution of a historic winery in Camporeale. It was born from the coming together of two families, each bringing different experience and expertise, united by their passion for wine and their love for their land.
The winery is located in Contrada Azzolino, within the municipality of Monreale, at an altitude of approximately 400 metres and around 50 kilometres from Palermo. Here, significant temperature variations between day and night contribute to the cultivation of vineyards planted with both native and international grape varieties, including Nero d’Avola, Perricone, Catarratto, Grillo, Syrah, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc.
The project stems from a desire to invest in the distinctive qualities and richness of the area, with the aim of producing high-quality wines and developing a winery that combines experience, fresh energy and a market-oriented approach.
